Mesh and punch
Meshes for gripping of the items are primarily made of aluminium and mounted either on the moulds directly or fastened upon the machine.
Top punch and perhaps also handle and bottom punch are likewise made of aluminium shaped after the cavity.
The punches are equipped with holes for aftercooling and removal of the scrap and usually mounted on a separate plate with the purpose of facilitating later change of moulds.
