Construction

On construction of blow moulds and accessories we take a pride in clarifying and defining the often unspoken requirements of our customers, at the same time trying to ensure that our tools are the best possible, also for future needs. We would rather ask or think once more that just execute the order, because a blow mould should always be the product of a constructive dialogue between the toolmaker, the plastic manufacturer and his customer.

Construction and designing are mainly performed by means of the ProEngineer CAD/DAM system on four working stations so far and by means of AutoCad and Toolchips 2D CAM by simple details.

Transfer of complete 2D and 3D files from and to our customers are done via the Internet. Likewise we can offer to complete a perhaps half-finished design - either by the computer or with the assistance of our model maker.
